No complicated joints here. There is beauty in the simplest joinery.
Board and ledge doors. Rebated boards. Clinched rosehead nails. Nothing original. It works. Drill a hole through the board and ledge. Hammer nail through (not nailing door to trestles). Bend over end of nail.
Hammer flat (which pulls the boards and ledge together, or 'clinches' them). Let no man (or gravity!), pull asunder.
That nails it.
