Beautiful work. I have to say that I really like the surface in the first picture. I guess it is straight after using a gouge, but it gives such a nice look combined with the grain pattern. Brgds Jonas
It is after using a gouge, and more noticeable because this log came from an extremely fast grown oak. However, I am probably going for a smooth finish on the inside of this bowl, as it is intended for kneading dough.
